Just had a stage 3 upgrade, plus pipes, a/c, heated grips, and some other farkles installed on my ‘19 Road Glide Ultra. After a few hiccups, due to Covid related delays and some miscommunication, I got the bike back today. It looks, sounds, and runs great. Any business regardless of industry can make a mistake.
