I have had nothing except a positive experience any time I visit Hannoush in Dartmouth. My fiancé bought my engagement ring here 2 years ago and when I come in every few months for my cleaning and inspection, everyone is always friendly and helpful.
I had gone to Hannoush to have a watch band replaced for a Citizens Pro Master watch that was purchased at a local jewelry store in RI. The service initially was satisfactory, and Hannoush informed me that the band needed to be ordered from Citizens directly and I agreed. The price of a replacement band was 68.00 included tax. I bought a very expensive Movado at this store Hanoush in Dartmouth . I brought it in for a battery replacement, was told it needed to be sent out to Movado for repair it wasn’t the battery the reason for it not working . After one month I called asking if my watch had been returned , was told not yet . After a few months I was told my watch had been lost during shipping .
