I’m a proponent of supporting local family-owned businesses but am very disappointed with the handling of my purchase for my most sentimental piece of jewelry. Had I known the following information about my ring, I would not have made my purchase here and I’m regretting shopping with this business. The service was excellent. I wish I remembered their names specifically, but the two ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to my purchase for my wife’s birthday, they cleaned my citizens watch and got a knot out of one of my wife’s already owned necklaces, which was even purchased at a different jewelry store a few years earlier down in FL. I would highly recommend this Hannoush store to anyone looking for fine jewelry with great service!
