I have worn my ring from them daily for 18 years and the prongs have obviously worn flat. They replaced the tips and restored the band back to its original color. They are an amazing family business that values their customers and stands behind their work. I highly recommend them!

Stopped in to resize and see about getting my brother’s watch fixed for my son. Gentleman who took care of us pulled two links and gave my son advice to try before sending it out for repair. Most places would have taken the watch and tried the things he mentioned, then charged 200$ for repair. Honesty and integrity go a long way!
