Very bad experience every time I take my jewelry there to get fixed it takes months to get back right now its all most be 3 months and when u ask when its going to be there they just keep tell me it well be there next week but never shows up and they will never call you back and when the store is open they will not answer the phone would not recommend anybody to use them however the store in Cincinnati is awesome and I have to go through them to find out the status of the jewelry they will call you back and they are very nic... read more

Had a wonderful experience with both our engagement ring and wedding bands! They were able to custom make exactly what we were looking for, and had a very good eye for what would look best.

Adam went so far above and beyond that calling him a jeweler doesn’t even do him justice — he was truly a partner in making sure the biggest day of our lives went perfectly. Today is June 24, 2025, I went in the store today walked in the store look at the charms no one greeted me. I stood there a while before I had to say excuse me can I get some help. It was after 7 pm there were only too ladies in there. One was talking to a customer. The other one I seen her look at me before I had to ask for help. Both ladies looked at me. But said nothing.
