I brought a 29 inch pearl necklace to Hoonish Jewlers in Falmouth MA on September 17th to have it made into two necklaces (18” and 16”). I paid $957.00 upfront, including the cost of 14 matching pearls. After almost 3 weeks, they said they couldn’t match the pearls, so I told the jeweler to return my necklace in its original form and issue a refund.
