Jack and his crew have always been great to us. Have gone above and beyond to.repair or replace any equipment we have had issues with. Even had some really nice used equipment for amazing prices. When my ice machine went down he had someone come put a temporary one in until my original was repaired. I never call anyone else when I need refrigeration services.
Called and left a message before hrs and recieved a call right back after opening. One of their techs showed when promised and got right to work on the fridge and had it up and running properly in no time.

Terrible customer service. Sent a guy to make a repair. Guy said everything was good. Next day same problem. I have called them several times to have them fix the problem. No response after several voice mails. Ended up calling another very reputable service tech. Tom Ellis. He sent a guy over the next morning. They made a couple adjustments. Everything is working perfect. Hannon refridgeration is owned by a a absolute CLOWN...AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST. Sends me a bill for $300...Still SMH... STILL A CLOWN..🤡🤡🤡🤡
