The white person with the black, shoulder-length (wolf cut?) hair and black outfit is rude. I was waiting for assistance and they just stood there without acknowledging me. I was the one who finally decided to walk up to the desk after awkwardly waiting for them to call me up and they never did. They never said “you’re welcome” or “have a nice day” after I said “thank you” and left.
