I was generally pleased with the support I received in quoting and binding my home policy until I received a letter in the mail a year later that my mortgage company put a lender policy in place at my expense. Hannon evidently had an employee leave and did not re-issue my policy the following year. They are.non-responsive. I contacted them for home and auto policy rates, but after calling and emailing them multiple times, they never responded, so I took my business elsewhere.
Impossible to get a return call from anyone in the office. Tried over the course of a week and left multiple messages for 2 of the agents. Zero response.
