I’ve had a positive experience with Joseph at Hannington Psychology. He supported me through a very challenging time that required consistent therapy and care. His genuine, non-judgmental approach made it easy to open up, and through our sessions I learned practical coping mechanisms that have really helped me manage anxiety and depression.
