I went to Hanni in August (as I got scammed previously) for my wedding dress, and my wedding was in November. From the very beginning, I showed her the exact dress I wanted and asked her countless times if she could recreate it. Every single time she confidently reassured me that she could. Hannii is an absolutely amazing person and so good at what she does!! She was kind, patient and considerate and the dress I made for my daughter in law exceeded my expectations! I had a 3:00pm appointment and arrived on time. While waiting, I saw Hanni assisting another client very attentively, which made me feel confident about my own consultation. However, when it was my turn, she seemed disengaged and uninterested.
