The staff was very courteous and friendly. The wait wasnt that bad. Its an ER and when do those not take time to be seen. Id say I was brought back after about 15/20 mins. Doctors and nurses answered any questions, explained their diagnosis clearly and I didnt feel rushed over. Facility itself was very clean and felt new. Overall great experience for having to go to an ER.

We’ve been two times within the past few days for my 2yr old who has had difficulty breathing properly and a swollen tongue, both times we ended up leaving BEFORE we got seen because we were waiting 2+ hours each time just in the waiting room, a 2yr old with breathing issues should be more important than a teen with leg cramps

The staff at the front , Doctor Gard, Charge Nurse Jess, Nurses Kristin and Portia, and PCT. Molly were Amazing. Very kind and caring. Professional and very knowledgeable. The hospital is clean. My husband and I are very glad we found them. Thank you for the great care.

i don't know why it called emergency.,still waiting more than 1,5 hour . absurd. zero atars
