We’ve been two times within the past few days for my 2yr old who has had difficulty breathing properly and a swollen tongue, both times we ended up leaving BEFORE we got seen because we were waiting 2+ hours each time just in the waiting room, a 2yr old with breathing issues should be more important than a teen with leg cramps

The staff at the front , Doctor Gard, Charge Nurse Jess, Nurses Kristin and Portia, and PCT. Molly were Amazing. Very kind and caring. Professional and very knowledgeable. The hospital is clean. My husband and I are very glad we found them. Thank you for the great care.

My father was taken by ambulance last night and I followed behind. They recommend he stay overnight and have done nothing. He has sleep apnea and I told them several times he needs to be provided with a c-pap machine and they assured me that would be the case. THEY DID NOT. They have not done anything. I’m a hooked that he came in for chest pains and they haven’t been checking on him for over 8 hours! What a joke. I knew I should have had him go to Quincy or somewhere more professional as this pace has a terrible reputation ... read more

Only giving a one star because that's as low as it will allow. Terrible ER. My wife and I waited in the lobby for over 5 hours. She was at a 10 on the pain scale and they made her sit there for over 5 hours. The pain she had after 5 hours of waiting was worse than the pain she had going in. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
