Hanner RV and our salesman, Walter, treated us so well. Walter showed us what we were interested in and when they didn’t have exactly what we wanted at the time, when something did come in that fit our budget, he made sure we saw it. It was exactly what we were looking for, so we bought it. The entire process was easy from our salesman Walter, to Drew who gave us a tour of our trailer, to Lisa who handled all the paperwork. We are trading in our 5th wheel trailer and buying a Motorhome. Our salesman is Walter, and he is so nice and easy to work with. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Edit: We traded in our RV for a new one. The staff were VERY helpful. Walt is the salesman we were working with and he was awesome! David in the service department is always helpful and offers the best service you could ask for. Mike and Drew did our walk around on our new camper and had great knowledge of the product. They all went above and beyond in their customer relations and I will recommend Hanner RV to everyone.
We would not trade anywhere than Hanner Rv They have the most family friendly atmosphere anywhere you can find. They have great sales person (Kerry) the best finance person (Lance) and Lisa. They have a variety of campers and they will make sure you get what you are looking for. Tell the salesperson what you are wanting and Kerri did that for us.
