Lots of serious, permanent and painful damage done. After many years under his "care," my family and I watched our mouths fall apart, even though we did our part at home and visited at least every 6 months. Lost teeth as a result of their neglect (then they give you their dental implant pitch, like I should trust them again). Did not inform of decay for good preventative care. The worst doctor ever. He is very dishonest. Also, he abused my mother and insulted her in his office. I saw him dropping my mother’s implant on the floor and then he put it in the clean box and got another one. Avoid this doctor at any cost.
The best dentist I have ever had in my life (and I've had a fair few dentists). I could be living in Antarctica and I would still travel to Massachusetts to see Dr. Hannawi.
