Misunderstanding in getting the actual service request from American Home Shield. Without visiting house Hanna's claimed that their serviceman entered house on 2nd floor and checked the faucet, only one was leaking :-). How do you know it, without entering the house? :-)
Consumer beware. The gentleman that came to my house new the problem within 20 minutes. It was the pressure switch. Instead of fixing it right away he stayed another 1.5 hours blowing in the same hose over and over again and trigger the furnace to start, then would rip the tape off the trip switch, and the furnace would go out. It took him less than 5 minutes the new pressure switch in. It was just shy of $400. I am glad I have heat, however I consider this to be price gouging. Exceeded my expectations I have been calling companies in Middlesex and Monmouth county to do misc. work. I searched high and low and couldn't find a company that Not only did they fix all my electrical problems. They followed all codes and regulations and I was notified throughout the whole transaction. They were very helpful and will recommend Hanna's to my family and friends.
Hannas mechanical contractor are phenomenal. I'm very happy with their work. They came when they said they would, were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They followed my instructions perfectly. This is a very cost effective business. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. What started out as a roofing repair turned into a whole house renovation. I DEFINITELY recommend them
