A crook! I purchased a used washer/dryer set from this place last summer. The washer failed to work on the first load. Hanna picked it up, said it was fixed, and delivered an entirely different, less valuable washer without even consulting with me. When I said I did not want this washer they refused to take it back unless I paid a 25% restocking fee! No prior notice had been given of this fee.
