I went to see Hannah to reestablish my annual checkups and to have some tests done. My primary concern of possibly having BV was verbally addressed during the appointment, and it was confirmed that she would do a swab to test for it. Days later I was still waiting for the results. I contacted MUSC to get an estimate on when the results would populate in my MyChart app, only to be informed that Hannah never bothered to actually take the swab. I went to see Hannah at my last appointment and she was AMAZING! She listened to all my concerns and validated them!! I would definitely enjoy to see her again! She was very throughly and gentle with the sample that had to be taken. 10/10 recommend her.
I had an extremely traumatic childbirth experience. Went to see Hannah months later as I was looking for a new provider. I have been in excruciating pain for months and months and months went to see her got sent for an ultrasound to help find some answers. The referral was sent wrong numerous times and that took over a month to be fixed. Once I got the ultrasound done I saw the results sitting in my portal for weeks before anyone contacted me so I had to reach out to her. No compassion for the pain I was in. My daughter wanted to see a woman obgyn thinking she'd be more comfortable with a woman. Not in this case. Hannah Woods didn't want to listen to my daughter and tried to talk her out of what she wanted. Not because it would better for my daughter, but because it would have been easier for Hannah. Then, instead of asking for help from a Dr who knew what she was doing, out of pride, hurt my daughter and ended up asking for help anyway! I would not recommend going to her.
