When I say horrible? I mean HORRIBLE. Let's define it & make it relative because physical health is unequivocally personal. A patient comes in to "Dr." Webber's office. She diagnoses a patient with pneumonia, COVID, AND Influenza B. Patient has been sick for OVER 2 months. BASIC medication is prescribed and sent home. Patient is also asthmatic (you do the Math with the diagnosis given by "Dr." Webber). Patient goes home and is inevitably rushed to the emergency room. I am a new patient with Dr Webber. I had my first appointment with her today. I was beyond impressed! She spent more time with me than any doctor ever has. She was thorough, compassionate and asked questions. She truly cares and that means a lot. I feel so great finally having found a good primary care doctor!
I found out after my appointment that this is a very new practitioner. I came in for a Pap smear and STD testing and ended up with a bill for $1700, $1000 to get normal tests like chlamydia ($336) and (hiv $226) after doing research higher than anywhere in the nation… The doctor and her office manager Dana simply claim that they take no responsibility. I am a new patient, before I saw Dr.Webber I hadn't seen a physician in almost 10 years. She took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle, and what concerns I had. She presented me with options of all my concerns and explained the pros and cons of all them. She truly made the visit a caring and safe space to address my issues without feeling judged.
I am a new patient and Dr Webber exceeded my expectations. She was so empathetic, compassionate and caring! I am very pleased with her level of care. Her nurse was also so nice and caring!! This is the first time that I actually felt like a provider really cared about my health.
