Hannah , did a wonderful job cleaning water out of my basement, staff got to it quickly and stayed on top of it until it was cleaned up . They were very prompt and always let me know when they were on the way!

Unfortunately we just had our kitchen remodeled and we came home to a flooded kitchen. The installer of our washer did not hook up the drain properly and when we did a load of laundry and left..we came back to a mess. A friend of ours recommend Hannah Restoration and they were responsive and quickly to respond. They were able to address the severity of the water damage and the extent of how far it traveled before ripping up our floors. Fantastic experience with Hannah. They communicated extremely well, showed up when they said they would and were always respectful. They came on a Saturday with snow still on the ground. 100% recommend

I had my roof replaced in late 2023. In late 2024 my roof started to leak. I was told by Hanna that it was not covered by any warranty because it was damaged by weather. I got another opinion and they said it absolutely should have been covered because a boot wasn’t sealed properly. The other company made the repair for about $1500 dollars less than the estimate Hanna provided for the repair. Needless to say I am not happy wit Hanna! I will certainly update if there’s any change.
