Fantastic company to work with. The office was very nice and was able to get someone to come out the same day start the process when I had a pipe burst They got the process Started right away to Pulled out the carpet and flooring and got the fans running to dry out the wood. Tony And Charlie came out every day to check on the progress and let me know how it was going. Very nice guys. Very polite and explained everything well. Could not be more disappointed with how my relationship with this company ended. I used Hannah Restoration on three occasions. Always professional. Great customer service. The most recent incident was due to an ice dam on our roof. They came and installed a guard under our shingles to prevent future damage. We then had the historic ice storm in January '26, and we had another ice dam and water damage inside our home. I called Hannah to come inspect the damage and see what could be done.
