I tried scheduling an initial care appointment for myself to repair my permanent retainer I’ve had over 15 years. I was told they don’t like those and would try to remove and replace with plastic before even looking for the problem. I was then told to just call a regular dentist and see if they send me to an ortho..? Hailey customer service was more than lacking as she got an attitude after I asked to just schedule and see what they find. Hannah ortho has been a great place for our entire family. The staff is super friendly and they work around our schedule. Their fees are very reasonable, especially when compared to other providers. They work well with our dentist when they need to collaborate on repairs/work (like bridges after braces or getting teeth pulled before braces). We will continue to recommend Hannah to our friends, family and coworkers.

Very well ran, they take time to get to know and understand the patient and do a wonderful job on helping you understand it all from payments to pros and cons of it all, very excited to be a client of Hannah Orthodontics. Highly recommend, very friendly.
