Took my daughter to Hannah Nails for matching daddy/daughter pedicures and mani for her. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and got us started immediately. The two employees that performed our pedis were very polite and did excellent work. We were both pleased with the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service here. I highly recommend!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went in with a large party for a wedding. The “salon” was more of a storage room with boxes everywhere. Hannah did my nails and didn’t speak to me the entire time, though I started conversation on three occasions. The work stations were dirty with nail dust from other people everywhere. We paid for a gel mani and 8 of my nails are peeling off after only a week. No massage or any of the “extra” things that typically come with a mani and make it an actual relaxing experience. Hannah is the BEST in Nacogdoches, she gave me the best pedicure and explained everything she was doing. I highly recommend!
We frequently go to Nac from Houston. First try at a nail salon in Nac. Not a real warm welcome. Not use to selecting polish color from a book. Normally select a bottle. Don't like the book method. First I noticed the TV was on sports channel. Weird. At other salons, when we are seated, we are asked if we'd like something to drink. Not here. I had to ask for a drink. I guess I am just used to a salon that is more customer oriented. The whole experience did not encourage me to return.
