Dr. Coates is my family doctor. She is very kind, attentive, patient and a great listener. I haven't had any negative experience with her office nor staff either as they are very responsive to my MyChart messages regarding any questions or concerns I may have. I hope she never leaves the practice!
Dr coates is a great doctor but her office staff is very rude don't do there job the nurses are wonderful just the office staff and the office manager is worse
Dr. Coates is very personable and I felt very comfortable with her during my visit. I'm glad I found her and I am highly satisfied with her services. The support staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Coates to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
