If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but unfortunately it’s not an option. The website boasts counselling sessions, yoga regularly and doctors available. They say they recognize the links between trauma, addiction and chronic illness and focus on healing from the inside out. It really seemed like a wonderful place to go and I was thrilled. Hanah House has been disappointing, as it appears to prioritize financial gain over facilitating meaningful recovery. The environment is more akin to a restrictive setting than a supportive recovery space. Unfortunately, staff members have been perceived as rude, unempathetic, and lacking the necessary qualifications to effectively support individuals recovering from addiction. It may be advisable to explore alternative options and exercise caution when recommending this facility.( lucky they are receiving 1 star)
Awful and abusive staff. left me on the side of the road at 2AM 3 city’s away from mine.
Great rehab I am honestly surprised at how much I’ve learned here and the love and care and kindness I’ve received from staff treated me like family I came walking through Hannah house just done with life and extremely emaciated and broken. I felt helpless and that I was soon to be a lost cause I lost everything and fled abuse and instability coming into Hannah house and everything relationships freindships stability losing my housing Ect my mh physical health went down hill.
