Unfortunately, staff members have been perceived as rude, unempathetic, and lacking the necessary qualifications to effectively support individuals recovering from addiction. Awful and abusive staff. left me on the side of the road at 2AM 3 city’s away from mine.
Great rehab I am honestly surprised at how much I’ve learned here and the love and care and kindness I’ve received from staff treated me like family I came walking through Hannah house just done with life and extremely emaciated and broken. I felt helpless and that I was soon to be a lost cause I lost everything and fled abuse and instability coming into Hannah house and everything relationships freindships stability losing my housing Ect my mh physical health went down hill.
