As a retired physician and now a Medicare advisor, I expect a high level of service for my clients, as well as myself. First, Heather, the receptionist is wonderful. Helpful, efficient, warm, and knowledgeable. I had surgery a little over two weeks ago. for an issue that’s been going on for 16 years. And during that time I met some great Doctors. But when I meet Dr Ha I knew she was going to be the right Dr for my surgery. And that’s an under statement. I have back what freedom I lost years ago thanks to her. So if you’re contemplating a surgery. Please take my word for it. She’s unbelievable at what she does.
There is not a better, kinder, more skilled surgeon in STL than Dr Ha. She has saved me from a previous MD who will remain nameless. Her professionalism, treatment plans, and surgery have given me life and peace of mind back. Dr Ha’s staff, Heather and Barbara are also absolutely fantastic. Quick to answer, get you an appt, and just absolute good humans. One major request Dr Ha- please never retire. Bc we (I) need you 😉
Dr Ha is one of the most compassionate, caring, understanding doctors that I have ever met!! She’s direct, to the point, very professional, very knowledgeable! I feel blessed that I met her and she will continue to be my doctor and I hope yours as well :)
