Hannah is an excellent masseuse and so knowledgeable. I also did personal training with her and it was the best way to learn the basics of strength training. I felt confident and supported by her knowledge, programming and encouragement! Highly recommend! Plus she’s a doula with so much to offer and will happily advocate for your needs and preferences in the perinatal period along with the birth itself.

Hannah’s knowledge on birth prep and postpartum is unmatched. My husband and I took her 4 week Confidence In Birth course and learned so much from birth prep to delivery and postpartum. Learning about all the options we have in the delivery process truly helped us feel more confident moving forward in our journey. Hannah is wonderful—she has created a very calm and relaxing space in her home! She has been treating me for some time now. I started seeing her for prenatal massages and am now getting postpartum massages, with a focus on problem areas like neck pain, upper back pain, and hip discomfort. Firstly, if I could leave a rating with more than 5 stars I would. Having Hannah on board was without a doubt the best decision we made for our new family.
