I can't complain about the doctor but I did call in to schedule an appointment, explained my issue with the receptionist. Since I felt I needed to be seen fairly soon, I asked about the schedule and she asked so "You are suffering from hearing loss" No. Obviously she was not listening. I hung up. Good employees mean everything.
Hannah was wonderful. She was thorough, articulate in helping us understand our daughter’s diagnosis and treatment. She was easy to talk to and positive, and gave lots of useful tips and information!
