While the medical side of Portneuf is great, the billing side is worthless. I have been making payments towards my bill from a visit at the beginning of the year 2024. My bill was approximately $3941.00. I have paid the bill down to approximately $1724.00. What a joke 3 hours and still waiting to be taken back into the Emergency room. Water fountains do not work only 1 toilet works . Better off driving to Utah

This is for sure the worst Medical Center ever. I’ve had a lot of problems which I’ve reported to administration but as usual nothing ever seems to get done and nothing ever seems to get better. I have decided they either don’t like me or the hospital is totally incapable as is the staff. This was quite a week, I went to have x-rays and I registered and they put me in a waiting room in the x-ray department, waited for 15 minutes well, all the radiology techs were milling around and no one ever came to get me. I haven't had trauma I went in for a seizure was in there for 4 days the first day I could only walk using a walker and on the fourth day I actually out watched the therapist and made him tired and they asked if I wanted to go to a nursing home and three days after I got out of the hospital I was using a snow blower and walking normally and they said they couldn't find nothing wrong with a branch can and then eec and a CAT scan and then MRI when I have frontal cortex problems and have a stroke 2 years ago how can they not fi... read more
