Normally I would give Oxford Hannaford Pharmacy a 5 star rating but I am currently dealing with an unfortunate and frustrating situation. I picked up one of my prescriptions last night which is the only one of mine that they fill 3 months at a time. So when I got home I noticed that there wasn't a many bottles as there usually is. There aren’t many reviews and many are old and spaced apart. These people at this pharmacy work hard. Can you imagine the accuracy it takes to do their job? Loved David the lead pharmacist there for many years but Matt is doing great. Thanks for all you do everyday. Everyone.
I want to leave a different kind of review for this team of wonderful ladies and gentlemen I do appreciate you so much not for the hard work you do the hours long looking at names and filing prescriptions but just for treating me like a human being I've been to so many pharmacies up and down the state and it's always the same one look up of my name and what prescription I'm on and they look at me like I'm a convict a monster or I'm going to jump the counter or something.the prescriptions I'm currently on or the things I need... read more
Slow service and does not communicate when something is needed (e.g., a prior authorization). They still haven’t filled a prescription that was sent in almost a week ago.
