If you have medication automatically renewed thru their system it's great, any other meds I call in or my doctor sends in always gets overlooked and I never get my medication on time. This has happened multiple times. I've even been told my meds would be ready the next day, have gone in 2 days later and they still have not been filled.
Pharmacy tech doesn't seem to know what she is doing. I called ahead and they said it would be about an hour for my prescriptions. An hour and a half later, I am still waiting and they said it would be another half hour. Give me my local Farmington, Maine Hannaford pharmacy any day! I was diagnosed with pneumonia 2 hours ago, and I'm sitting here coughing with intense chest pain. I told the pharmacy tech about my situation. She didn't care. 9/12/24 @ 12:15 PM
Extremely RUDE over the phone, I was given less than half a second to start asking my question and the lady got impatient and slammed the phone in my ear!
