Great & friendly staff. Been going there for years
Pharmacist on the phone this evening was so rude and dismissive of my questions that it has me in tears! ETA that I called today a few months since my initial review and was still treated like crap!
They are usually short with me when I call in my perscriptions. I understand being busy and everywhere is short staffed at the moment but that doesn't excuse the snotty behavior. There is a fine line between being busy and just being flat out short and snappy and they have definatly crossed it and continue to do so. Why work somewhere requiring conversation with another person if they are just going to be snotty and rude? Get another job and preferably somewhere that doesn't require even short interaction with another person... read more
