Customer service could use a little help, but overall (and I have been using this hannaford since its opening) the people are very nice and genuinely want to help you. Although they could open a few more registers when their is a large crowd gathered at just 2 registers.
This store management team, do not respect, nor take care of the customer when they have issues or concerns. I have made many complaints to there corporate offices, but it seems to be for show, with no real results or improvements. Hannaford pharmacists and staff are excellent. I had been a CVS customer for many years, but the customer service had really gone down hill. I changed to Hannaford a year ago and couldn't be happier. Very prompt and kind. Always a good experience. Five stars for sure.
