Absolutely awful firing a young man for stopping a purse snatcher. I will never shop at your store again neither will my wife or mother now we know you won’t do anything if someone steals their purse. Unreal. The audacity of your higher ups.
RecommendedTo the employee that was called a moron tonight. You aren’t a moron and I can’t believe how rude people are these days. I appreciate that you are working and making sure that the rest of us have a place to get groceries. And to the female person (I can’t call her a lady) that called her a moron because she asked for your ID, it’s her job!!!!! And if she wasn’t doing her job, you wouldn’t be able to get your alcohol! You should be showing some respect for the people that are working through this. We’re all scared.
Rude employees not wearing masks. Empty shelves and prices are way too high.
RecommendedTried Hannaford Curb Side pick up in Herkimer for the first time this weekend and was very impressed. Quality of products is far superior to Walmart, customer service is extremely polite, followed social distancing and mask protocol for the worriers, pack your groceries in nice handled bags, and loved my Fresh magazine with great recipes. Excellent product and service.🛒

RecommendedI want to compliment the cashier I had today at the Westbrook Hannaford. He was very upbeat, personable, attentive, and also apologized for the wait (which wasn't much). I didn't think to look at his name tag, but my receipt says his cashier number was 0123 on register 7 at 3:07 pm. I was very impressed! I do wish customers would follow the lane arrows, though!
RecommendedThey have good selections, but my main reason for shopping at this store is the staff. Always helpful and friendly, I have never had a bad experience here, I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years. And their produce is the freshest.
Recommendedlearning my way around a larger store than. the one in Raymond . My meds have also been transferred , everyone has been helpful when I've had a question ,!!
Go to Shaw’s. Their shelves are more fully stocked.
