Hannaford Pharmacy at 27-41 Gavensevoort Rd, South Glens Falls, NY 12803 is absolutely terrible. We just relocated to this area and I wanted my wife's prescriptions transferred to ththis pharmacy (Should be considered new business opportunity) they were not interested in contacting previous pharmacy to transfer (something other pharmacies had done willingly, in the past) the prescriptions. They were RUDE, UNCOOPERATIVE, and DISCOURTEOUS. I will NEVER visit this pharmacy again and suggest others avoid it as well!
ALWAYS SO RUDE! I'm going to switch pharmacies, 95% of the time when I call to ask a question or to to verify if a prescription is ready (because it takes days after my MD sends a script in before it gets filled), I am always spoken to in a rude manner and made to feel like I'm bothering them. Literally I am fed up with it and going to switch pharmacies after my phone call today with them.
The head pharmacist is the rudest most unprofessional BTCH on the planet. I have never heard someone be so blatantly disrespectful and rude to their customers . She is a miserable person . Don't get your scripts filled here.
Going on for months now I have been unable to pick up my meds for multiple reasons one being, the 12 people in line waiting and getting up to the counter only to be told your medication is not ready. This is been going on for months I myself have been in 3 X every time I've needed a medication in the past 2 months or more only to have to wait inline again after waiting three to four days after calling in a prescription. Phones down and they didn’t care. Was trying to fill medication and could not reach anyone. What if it was an emergency? Very unprofessional.
This is very specific to the PHARMACY. I moved into the area, basically, the week COVID hit and caused everything to change. I had always used Hannaford in the past for my Rx needs and always found them top notch. This pharmacy, since day 1, can't seem to get it together. I used to have auto-fill on my prescriptions, I got notifications via text, and if I left a message I always got a return call. THEY DO NOT DO ANY OF THIS.
