I recently relocated to this area and chose Hannaford Pharmacy for my proscriptions. I have been impressed with the professionalism and caring staff. I commend your team with supplying rapid delivery of my proscriptions. I am happy to recommend Hannaford Pharmacy to anyone.
I have never been treated by pharmacy staff with raised eyebrows while picking up a prescription to address my COVID-19 situation. When the medicine was ready, it was left on the counter while staff moved away. No one asked if I had any questions. However, on another encounter there is a pharmacist that went out his way to accommodate to transfer a prescription from another location.
The process and the poorly designed Hannaford Pharmacy RX app create a very poor client experience. It's often 3-4 days to fill a script and the RX app/website isn't capable of telling you it's in progress (when they send you a general text message between request and refill that says your our of refills on your prescriptions). Over the past 2 years I've had to recreate my User ID several times at the request of their RX customer service department. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. As a bonus, all our scripts are MUCH less expensive than they were at the store we used to go to.
