Trying and trying to get used to this new pharmacy. Used Rite aid on McGregor for years and thought that was the worst.. well I was wrong, thankfully the staff has been nice so far, that's why I gave 3 stars. As for the rest, it's been so difficult. First, prescriptions take days to refill, or you have to call for 2 or 3 days to remind them. Next, the hours. The hours are so difficult, also why is lunch for everyone at 2? This has got to be the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with my entire life! This started way before Rite Aid closed too!!
Every time go in to pick up meds it’s an argument. They think they’re all super humans and are never wrong and have power over you. Not kidding I’m 52 grew up and been going there for life time. They are not very nice people. It’s to bad for the good ones there it doesn’t make up for the bad ones. I am stuck going to this one in goffstown locked in and no others near.
Pretty awful, and if you call to check on a script, they lie and say it'll be ready that day, and then it's not ready for days, or they give you an attitude for checking. Very similar to Walgreens. I'm sure Rite Aid closing hasn't helped, but then don't take more customers if you can't handle it.
Clean, wonderful store. Prices not bad at all.
