Unfortunately, zero stars not an option. Called in for one of my chemotherapy meds refill and left message with RX # last night. Had to call this afternoon to see if ready and was told yes but nobody called to say it was. Ok fast forward, my 26 yr old son went with me to pick up along with Claritin. My son was using his card to pay. The check out kid with attitude wouldnt let my son purchase because I am the one who asked for the Claritin. I have been going here for years. I use their automatic refills. I get a text when meds are ready. Any problems at all they are very easy to work with.
The pharmacist technician that they have worked now is a totally rude and is lazy. She talks to ppl like we are beneath her helping customers. I’ve been with them for 20 years and never had any issues until now. Change pharmacy if you can. I’m changing pharmacy ASAP.
