They charged me full price on a prescribed medicine without letting me know that they don't have my insurance details. They could simply ask me if my doctor's office didn't share with them. When I called to clarify if it was a co-pay or full price they asked me to bring the insurance card in person. They didn't even accept it over the phone and didn't care to ask if I had insurance or not.
This place is horrible. Msy look nice on a store front. FYI horrible management and team environment
