Very slow
After reading the low reviews, I’ve never had any real issues after the remodeling. Yeah, I’d have to wait a bit, but that’s the same everywhere else. Do they seem rude at times? Think about how under staffed they are and that they deal with just as rude customers. Throw on top of that, they make a mistake, it can seriously hurt or kill someone. They’re only human and being in healthcare myself, it’s not always easy to suppress one’s emotions.
If you don’t ask specifically for AMANDA or SARAH then you get Horrible service. I have a million horror stories I could tell. The pharmacist and a couple of the women working the desk need customer service training asap.
