I really want to give the pharmacist/tech, Izzy a well-deserved shout out- My doctor sent my monthly prescription in that was due today. I waited a while and then checked the app to see if it was ready and it wasn’t, so I called a few times and couldn’t get through to anyone because they were so busy. Very slow
After reading the low reviews, I’ve never had any real issues after the remodeling. Yeah, I’d have to wait a bit, but that’s the same everywhere else. Do they seem rude at times? Think about how under staffed they are and that they deal with just as rude customers. Throw on top of that, they make a mistake, it can seriously hurt or kill someone. They’re only human and being in healthcare myself, it’s not always easy to suppress one’s emotions.
