I have numerous prescriptions and have used this Hannaford Pharmacy for at least the last 12 years! This is the best and most well run pharmacy I have ever used. Unfortunately my new insurance company is not accepting my insurance here unless I pay much higher copays as they consider Hannaford out of network! I am very grudgingly switching pharmacies and I will miss this pharmacy and all of the awesome pharmacists! Hannaford Pharmacy is a bright spot in a clearly broken medical system!
It appears software issues have been addressed. Company had installed new software to process Rx but its not as good as other pharmacies systems. Automated notifications often inaccurate. Personnel swamped but carry on with courtesy in spite of system problems, which they acknowledged. They are always friendly & courteous in spite of those issues. It does appear to be getting better.
I have been coming to this store for a few years, I work nearby and it's a great place to pickup items, although I always forget the hours at the hot bar and miss out on the wings. Staff is great especially Matthew at the register, always greeted with a smile.
