I was treated badly today by Leda Romoz at the West Sand Lake NY. I went to pick up my script that I called in and spoke to a representative 3 days ago. They didn't have a record of it and was rude, abrupt, and badgered me. When she asked what else she could do for me, I said, she could have some empathy, I received a flipant reply. I replied, send my scripts to Rite Aid.
