I have been to many pharmacies in my time. The Red Hook, New York Pharmacy is Tops (no pun intended). The pharmacy staff is well trained, caring and responsive. This is due to the leadership of Mr. Demetrios Sassos. I have been Chief of Human Resources in many places, and in that role I have frequently evaluated staff performance. I know what a quality workforce looks like when I see it. The other local pharmacies are good, but this one is outstanding. .
Pharmacists are awesome people! However, not all of the cashiers are created equal! Some are very kind and helpful, while others seem clueless and dismissive.

All of the staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone is patient and thoughtful and answers any questions I might have. Truly a pleasure. Thankful it's my neighborhood pharmacy.
Rebecca was great. She helped me fill my prescription and she was kind and caring.
