My United Healthcare App lists her as a PCP so I picked her- just to find out after I called that I couldn’t make an appointment because she’s not a PCP and only accepts referrals. It’s not her fault but the system needs ironing out. Now I have to wait till next month when my new pick becomes active.
One of the best visits ever with Dr thomas
Dr. Hanna Thomas & medical assistant, Rose were so good to my Mom on seeing her for the 1st time following a hospital visit. Dr. Thomas was very approachable & kind & left my Mom & I with explanations in layman’s terms. We felt so good afterwards that making some meds changes & a follow-up video approach may put Mom in a better position for a better quality of life! I definitely recommend Dr. Thomas, & appreciate her approach & forthrightness!!
