I spent 5 years in one of the Hanna Properties building, and it has been 5 wonderful years. It is in my top 3 things that have happened during these years. The staff has always being kind and helpful, available and ready to fix or answer any questions. I loved the building and l loved my apartment. I just moved out of my apartment at the Stanton on goodman street and I can't say enough good things! They were always very prompt and communicative. There is a lot of transparency about what you are paying for. It's very affordable for the quality that you are getting and they always worked with me if I had issues or needed help with something. Living here has been great, the cleaning staff makes sure shared spaces are always clean, and the maintenance team is stellar. Obvi being in an old building, there are old building problems, but the team works hard to make updates while retaining the integrity of the building, and providing as little disruption to everyday life.
