Hey y’all. Just a PSA since this comes up when you search “bad credit rentals Rochester NY” but they do require a 700 credit score. They were SUPER nice about it so I’m giving them a high rating but at the moment it isn’t on the website and I do want others not to waste their time.
This is a nice, quiet building, well maintained in a great neighborhood. I love it here. Edit: I've been here eight years. It's a great place to live!
I rented with Hanna Properties for six years and can honestly say they're a fantastic property management team. They are extremely responsive and have an in-house maintenance team that helped quickly and efficiently anytime I had any repairs that needed addressing. The management team is also exceptionally communicative keeping their residences informed of any issues going on. Their online payment system for rent is a bonus as well. Highly recommend renting with Hanna Properties!
