I’ve been renting from Hanna Properties for over a year and have had a generally positive experience with both my unit and maintenance requests. My main concern has been with parking and inconsistent enforcement of the rules. One tenant in my building regularly parks in a clearly marked no-parking zone, often spilling into the adjacent space. I rarely write reviews - people have to be super good or super bad. In the case of Hanna Properties, it is Excellent! I’ve lived in my share of apartments and have never had a landlord that is so responsive, helpful and responsible. The halls are painted at least once a year, a cleaning crew keeps the common areas clean, they don’t put up with tenants that are disruptive or smoke - they just care and are available.
