I rarely write reviews - people have to be super good or super bad. In the case of Hanna Properties, it is Excellent! I’ve lived in my share of apartments and have never had a landlord that is so responsive, helpful and responsible. The halls are painted at least once a year, a cleaning crew keeps the common areas clean, they don’t put up with tenants that are disruptive or smoke - they just care and are available. Hey y’all. Just a PSA since this comes up when you search “bad credit rentals Rochester NY” but they do require a 700 credit score. They were SUPER nice about it so I’m giving them a high rating but at the moment it isn’t on the website and I do want others not to waste their time.
This is a nice, quiet building, well maintained in a great neighborhood. I love it here. Edit: I've been here eight years. It's a great place to live!
