I received a $50 gift certificate for this nail salon in May 2023. I called to make an appointment to use it on a Friday in November 2023, and was told by the manager over the phone that since it expired (5 days prior on November 11th) he will "make an exception if I come in today, but not Friday or Saturday because those are busy days."
