Tried to book over IG chat. Very poor communication skills.
I was a consistent monthly client. Recently, Lucy applied polish without asking if I approved the colour, telling me she picked all based on the design I sent her expecting me to like her choices. Which I understood but, without any notice, she told me our “styles don’t match” and refused further bookings. When I asked why, she just ignored me and left me on read. I had the best experience getting my nails done by Lucy. She is amazingly talented. Lucy took her time shaping and polishing my nails perfectly, and the design turned out even better than the photo I showed her. I’ve gotten so many compliments already, and my nails still look fresh and shiny days later. Highly recommend her to anyone!
