We recently moved to the Hanna area and had some truck issues. We went in with a transmission whine. Marty took my truck in without an appointment and diagnosed. They quoted repairs and I authorized. All repairs were completed on time and came in under quote. I was kept up to date on repair with no surprises. At the end of August I noticed red oil under the passenger side of my 2018 Ford Ecosport. I immediately contacted Westergard Ford in Drumheller and booked it in for servicing. After a 18 minute diagnosis I was informed that I needed to replace the transfer case and was quoted $5,500 for the repair. I contacted Marty Howe at HMP for a second opinion. I am so grateful I did!
