Refused Care. Have had an undiagnosed neurological disorder causing me an inability to walk or talk. Dr Hanna told me based on a previous diagnosis that this was “all in my head” and has refused to properly refer me for further testing while Dr Fortna has decided to ban me from her Clinic based on Dr Hanna’s absolute dislike for me as an individual. This is criminal I’m losing my life and we’re paying I’d guess a million dollars plus a year to hire these incompetent crooks…prove me wrong
Will not release a medical note even via email until $35 is paid. Extremely inconsiderate to my financial situation will be selling toe pictures for $35 behind hanna medical clinic until note can be paid for tuesdays and thursdays 8am-2pm
