September 20, 2024 I purchased a fan motor from Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning. Eight months later, the motor stopped stopped working. I reached out to Hannah H and A on two occasions two days apart, on May 14 and 16. On the 14, I spoke with someone who identified themselves as Ms. Brittany. She said she would send a technician to evaluate my concern. No one showed. On the 16, I called back again and I spoke with someone who identified themselves as Nils H****.
