Paula Blanchard from the Buffalo office is extremely unprofessional and hovers the line of being an ethical real estate professional. She represented the seller in a commercial real estate purchase where I was the buyer. She acted as a roadblock in every step the deal - so much so that I walked away and it took HER CLIENT to contact me directly to salvage.. I had an unsavory experience dealing with Christopher Aris in which he notified myself and, as it turns out, (an)other applicant(s) that our applications were approved for a property. Within 90 minutes another applicant received a lease, returned the lease, and paid a deposit before I ever received a lease. Lesson learned on my part, but it doesn’t make his method and behavior any less unprofessional and rude. We came for the pizza buffet...we were the only ones there and pizza was not out..they said they wait to the first person comes in...that is definitely understandable, but it leaves no variety and I felt wierd asking for a new type of pizza when there was plenty left from the 1st pizza they put out...hopefully the buffet picks up to the point they can add a variety at the buffet.
