Richard was amazing in helping us sell our commercial and residential properties. There was work to be done on both before they were ready to sell. Richard and his team helped us find the right contractors to get the job done and have the residential property looking amazing. He also helped us navigate getting the commercial property subdivisions set correctly from a deal years ago.
